JK karma traverse

Who has seen this boat?

I am hoping it is sized larger than the karma UL was. The UL was sized on a medium cockpit and i did not fit.

Anybody got hype for the interwebz???

I am stoked to have a multiday boat with length and volume.

it should be good.

Saw the prototype at OR. Looks like a stretched version of the Karma between the regular and the Unlimited. Not sure on cockpit size, but my guess would be LG or XL.

^^^ that is rad!

I hope its hudge! fatso needs a big boat.

Between the karma and karma UL would be a good width. I felt like the UL was narrow and i fit easy in the regular karma.

Bob, I'll be shocked if this isn't the full size Karma L cockpit.

I'm stoked to try this as well. The long Karma is a great not, but even at 6-1-195, it feels cramped for me.

The write up I read suggested it was good for III+. Hard to believe it being harder to navigate through easy Vs than the UL/RG.

I sat in the proto at OR. This is going to be a great Grand Canyon self-support boat for those not wanting a longboat/RG. The proto had a welded cockpit rim from another boat but I guess this will be a Karma or Zen sized Cockpit that is very roomy.

I'm looking forward to getting this boat out this spring on some longer desert multi days. This hull looks fast and the bow looks like it will punch holes well. And with the drop downs skegg it will cruise the flats great.
