Glacier gloves addendum

Finally got to try these out today for about an hour and a half in snowmelt run off The air temp averaged 42-44F so not a very rigorous test but they kept my hands dry and toasty all the time. Paddle grip was excellent and they are easy on and off. Overall very happy with my choice. Will post re durability in spring after 1 season.

In less than a year mine developed a tear in the seam between the thumb and palm. Watch that on yours.

Mine were from Cascade:

Cascade Outfitters Whitewater Rafting Equipment: GG Fleece Lined Neoprene Gloves

They feel really good with the fleece lining, but the thumb/palm seams on both of them are starting to come apart. Maybe I should have gotten a larger size, even if they would than have felt loose.
