differences between the older Super Hero and the 2008 Super Hero?

Can anyone explain the differences between these 2 boats. Isn't the newer one higher volume?

Anyone paddled both? Which one did you like better? Thanks!

Newer one is a planing hull creeker, similar to the burn. The old one was more of a missile.

The new one is really short. Really short for a creeker that is.

the old hero reminded me a lot of a wavesport godzilla. the boat was long, somewhat narrow, pointy, shaped like a cigar, with a displacement hull.

the new hero was a complete redesign and rocks. the boat has a planning hull, moderate amount of volume, and is a blast to paddle. its more of a river runner/creeker than full on creeker but people are creeking pretty hard stuff in it. think diesel, burn, etc..
