CAPTAIN'S GROOVER

Have you ever wanted take a dump without leaving the rower's seat? Do you drink PBR and eat Doritos all day on the river? Why not utilize some sort of captain's groover? Just imagine the satisfying possibilities...does anyone have any ideas on how we can make this work?

I do this all the time, they are called Depends. I had a custom dry suit made that fits over them and looks like a pair of cutoffs. I also have to take a gallon of lotion to handle the diaper rash. I bring along a special firepan to put them in at camp. We usually like to light one up after dinner.

I've been close. Groover was mounted directly behind rowers seat on one of our gear boats on the GC. I had a couple mid-day grooves there. Good times. I could almost reach the double-feathered oars we had setup on that boat. fisherstyle!

I think this qualifies as an "overshare."

I usually take my dumps first thing in the morning, but if I'm rowing and drinking beer all day I get tired of standing up to pee over the side of the boat so I use my bail bucket and I get one of my kids to dump it out for me. My wife loves the pee bucket too, but if one of the kids have to take a crap I have to pull over dammit.

Well if it was truly fisherstyle you have to leave the groover lid in the truck; ya know... to save weight. You could probably rig a flip seat with some " EMT. That's what i do on my 8 bay 21' Redshank.

Just cut a hole in a dry box and bolt a toilet seat on it. Then weld a blade valve and rv dump fittings to the side. Hell, you could probably go all season before you had to dump it.
