Aire River Couch?

A friend of mine just pointed out a sweet new product from Aire that I didn't see anything on the buzz about. He is a fan of inflatable couches at camp as opposed to the usual camp chair but is sick of buying those cheapo inflatable couches every summer since they would only last one summer...he found this and I thought I would see if anyone has any experience or mention as to how comfortable it is, etc.?

That looks bas a$$! it looks like it would hold up to serious lounging and some half decent floating, as well it should for $450. Do you really want to spend 200 strokes on the carlise pump to set up your chair?

I'd try before you buy.... haven't sat in one on water, but I wasn't so impressed with the comfort on land.

I saw one down in Denver, on the mall. It's pretty beefy... I don't know how practical it would really be. It'd look cool on the back deck of some ski-resort condo though..

This couch is bad ass. I have one. It is bad ass.
It requires a little modification to be truly class III worthy, as it's a bit tippy out of the box, but it's so much fun. It's great for on-land use as well...we often catch the sunsets in ours sitting on the front lawn taking full advantage of the beer holders.
It's also been to music festivals, looks great on the roof of my truck, and doubles as a trampoline.
This couch is bad ass.

I don't know, seems pretty bulky and expensive just to park your ass at camp. And while novel, there are better ways to run class III rapids IMO. Cool idea though.
