Wood in Bear Creek

I was on Bear Creek yesterday and saw a lot of wood in the creek. I know that this is usual for Bear Creek, however, there is a large tree with root ball below the dam drop. I saw no way around it when I drove by. There is also a tree in the upper section of No Fun Falls, which can be passed on the river left side. I was alone and could not remove the wood. Obviously Bear Creek still needs more water to run. It was at 125 CFS so I just ran No Fun Falls.
