Upper Poudre question

I am looking to row the upper Poudre in a 14ft raft Sat. morning. I was thinking of putting in at Sleeping elephant and float/fish to Home moraine. Does anybody know of any hazards-(fences,bridges,dams,or big rapids) I need to be aware of. From what I can see from the road, there isn't much at all to worry about. It looks like a really mellow float. Thanks for anay advice or warnings.

there's a diversion dam between the old hatchery and the campground just upstream from the hatchery. it's well signed. not sure which side is better for portaging.
By the waterside I will lay my head.
Listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul.
