Colorado Shoshone Outage Flow

Here is a press release about "extra water being released" for the benefits of fish, rafting and crop irrigation from Grand County to Mesa County.

Colorado River Water Conservation District

Maybe there will be rafting on the Upper C at Pumphouse.
