Ark Milk Run HAZARD 4-27

Floated the Milk Run solo today after some work on the job, and some work in the yard to find the old power line (not live) just upstream of the railroad bridge (about 1/2-3/4 mile below JV) hanging down into the river. The center of the line was in the water, and had already grabbed a snag. I assume it happened today with the high winds. The AHRA has been informed, and hopefully it will be removed asap. If anyone floats this stretch in the next couple days be aware, it is passable easily at current levels on the river right.
