cool.I'm renting an alpaka. whats your schedule like? I want to do the boat ride out, I'm a geezer. Do you have a sat link or phone? We're in deep enough that I think it would be a good idea, and if you don't we can consider renting. We should probably talk, 208 669-0189, or [email protected]

I've been down there 5 times. I will probably be trying to make it happen again this spring (damned permit run strikeouts!). I will likely be rolling solo, although if schedules and flows line up I may well seek out some of you buzzards for company and teamwork down there. I am happy to share knowledge via PMs.

But seriously. Don't go. That place sucks.

No, 1400 foot climb with 60 pounds of gear has little appeal. Boat ride out for sure for me.

Tower Climber are you on a Diesel forum? Someone has/had the same screen name on a forum use to frequent.

I was thinking of taking my Tomcat tandem, it's 12.5' long and 39" wide, is that an appropriate size in your experience?

Any interest in splitting a boat ride $ out if we can make timing work?
