winter in boise

I moved to boise in sept and would like to get in the water a few times over the winter. Is there anything within a couple hours of town that will have water during the winter? preferably something in the class 3 range as I havent been in my boat since may.

The bliss wave runs year round its about 1 1/2 hrs from boise. emaill me if you need directions. [email protected]
Ill be in that area around the 20th of dec if you want to go.
