The guage at the base of Waterton at Chatfield is only reading 800, so they are diverting almost half of the flow out of Strontia Springs (people in Denver want to have tap water). My guess is Union won't get above 1500 again this season unless we get a monsoon. But then again, I don't really know so your guess is as good as mine!

It would be nice though.

We used to think of 500 as being sufficient for Union. 1500 and 2000 were truly special, once in a decade. Enjoy the memories.

That is what I've been told. Union runs on a 10yr cycle and this year was the big one. Get used to it being at 800.
