White river north/south forks

On the american whitewater page there is a III and a III/IV listed on the north and south forks of the white river. Are these actual runnable runs? It looks like a lot private property and diversion structures from what i can see via google maps. I haven't been able to find any helpful info on them which seems to indicate they aren't very accessible...

American Whitewater - 01. Mirror Lake to South Fork, White, North Fork Colorado, US
American Whitewater - 01. National Forest CG to North Fork, White, South Fork Colorado, US

any feedback would be appreciated... thanks!
