What's the deal with a 5000cfs flow on the Rio box's/pilar?

heard there was a huge flow for the pilar race. Just wondering what projected peak was and if this flow will come from above upper box?

thats hard to say with the irrigation and all. i am going down wed night for a thurs run of the box - should be good.
