What's going to be running in 1.5 weeks?

I've got about 4 days to paddle around the 14th-18th; anyone have predictions as to what will be running? Escalante? Others? Class IV-V creeking preferred.

Also, if anyone wants to get together to paddle, let me know.

Pray for heat. It's still pretty wintry up high and not a lot is really moving yet. This coming week appears to be pretty chilly. You might be lookin' at four days of Cross & Gore (there could be worse ways to spend four days!)

Cross = cross creek or cross mtn? Think Escalante will be in (but not too high; I haven't run it yet)? I'm not opposed to driving.

Sorry, Cross Mt. Cross Creek will probably still be a ski run.

I can't say on Esca. Maybe one of the Western Slopers will chime in.

Probably about everything in NM.

the locals like to "relax" for the first part of the day. they don't usually get moving until mid day. They are a very laid back group down there. awesome to hang out with, just don't try to motivate them for a dawn patrol mission.

atom, hope you're reading. I love the taos folk.

Looks like the Crystal and Eagle gauges are coming up; I take it the runs are still full of snow bridges and the like?

Dowd chute is clear, Since gillman and homestake are higher up the drainage they might still be snowed in. Last post I saw on Crystal was quite a bit of snow and they expected the gorge to be snowed in. Getting warmer though.....
