Whatcha think

I'm thinking of getting a Pyranha Fusion small size. I'm 5'11" 185 size 11 feet. Primarily for going out on our local Humboldt Bay when the wind kicks up and can surf 1 > 2 ft waves and still do some white water day trips. I have a Dagger Alchemy 14, which is pretty long for rivers. My 135lb wife could also use the Fusion when the waves kick up. Seems like a shorter white water boat works out better in those conditions. She has a narrow 13.5 boat now with no rocker and it gets pretty wiggly when trying to turn around, etc. in wind and waves, no skeg. The Fusion weighs like 41 lbs so she could carry. She'd have here longer boat for easy days and this if a bit on the rough side. I could use it on windy days in the bay and sometimes on the river. My Alchemy is like a long bed crew cab on the river compared to my ww yak.
Do you think it would work good under those circumstances?

I would at least get the medium. I have a medium and it fits me just right at 5'6" and 150 lbs. The small is going to be too small for you.
