What level is Alto Alto too low?

Can anyone tell me at what flows Alto Alto is too low? Right now it is at 415cfs.

i would call it too low at less than 300 cfs. at around 400 you are good to go.

we did it last night. It was great.

Playboats or creekers would be just fine.
