Westwater Permit Question

I see you can change or transfer the date of a paid for Westwater permit. But can you do this for only half of your permit? In other words, I have a 15 person permit for next week, and if I could only use 10 of those seats, could I transfer 5 seats to another future date?

Nope. You can only transfer the whole permit. I've tried.

I don't believe you can transfer spots, but you can cancel your current day spots and buy new spots for another day permit if there are available.

They way the permit system works in WW (if I am not mistaken), we have 75 spots per day or 5 launches, whatever comes first. So if 3 launches pay for 25 (max) spots, then that is the max for the day. If there are spots available, then you can increase the spots on your permit (up to 25). If my numbers are incorrect, please let me know.

You can add spots to your permit (if available), you just have to do it by calling before noon the day prior to your permit date (can't do it at the ramp). You don't have to cancel a permit and get a new one for the same day.

I meant to cancel so it would be available to others to increase. Hate seeing unused spots on the Westy.
