water temp.

heading to Durango then on to the Ark. next week. Is the water still cold enough for a good dry top or will a paddle jacket do? I am also going on East where it will be hot and I don't want to leave my good drytop in a hot car. While I boat.

Too Cold.

I wear 2 to 3 layers under my dry top, and sometimes a head beanie as well under helmet.
I always wear gloves for sun protection, but my hands need the warmth too.

The air temperature was 50 degrees just a couple of days ago (June 16) when we were paddling up in these parts, and it is probably colder today.
