Water leakage through security bar fasteners

Based on tightening up everything else, and the location of the occasional water drip on my legs, I think I may have some water leaking through one of the screws on my security/grab bar (whatever you call the big sturdy metal thing).

Any ideas on how to fix this? Is it possible that the screw is loose and if so, what do you use to fit that funky shaped screw? Thanks.

Silicon and\or rubber plumbing washers if your boat didn't come with them. I know my new ZG has washers with rubber inserts to make a water tight seal.
