I've been seeing some feeds of people doing some amazing stuff this spring on the Royal Gorge in California. The only bummer is the headcam footage doesn't do justice to the accomplishments.

It reminded me of this clip that I thought was worth reviving. The first part w/ Scott's Drop is awesome. I'm sure Substantial MH has some way better footage, but this one really captured it for me:

That's some serious running of the sh*t by Charlie Center. Can't believe he paddled all that stuff with an AT bent shaft! Not exactly the most reliable stick to take into the biggest whitewater, but I guess it's a testament to his skill that he mostly survived without breaking them.

I'm impressed that they were crazy enough to carry kayaks up Taboose Pass. That's one of the most grueling eastern Sierra passes there is.
