This should be the weekend....

Stuff should start to pop this weekend. Possible 80's along the Front Range and probably into the 50's and 60's in the hills means some water should start coming down.

FINALLY!!! Let's hope the river gods are gracious and instead of it all coming down at once, we get a LONG season! (with multiple peaks)

Dream on boys the front range won't start kicking for at least another week unless some one is releasing water. The Poudre is running 400 cfs in town but only 88 cfs at the mouth of the canyon.

Its gonna be a while. Its getting warm, but its going to cool down again this coming week. Its gotta get hot up high where the snow is for multiple days. Might be another week or two before we get some good water going from runoff from the high elevation snowpack. Be patient though... its gonna be a great year.

The creeks in the Upper Ark Valley/Leadville area started to show signs of life yesterday...although Clear Ck and Lake Ck haven't started yet. I had 81 degrees at my house in BV when I got done with Numbers yesterday. Things are going to start popping here and points south next week if the weather misses us.
