sup w/ USGS?

I paddled the Elk box yesterday and the USGS gauge read about 450 before I left the house, with a trend dropping like 30cfs/day. Now it says it's 217 and has been under 400 for over a week.

Having done it a bunch, it was definitely around 450 yesterday at Milner (which is probably like 150 at the box).

White River had the same issue. I checked the USW gauge about a week ago and it was reading 1300+ and then went back on Tuesday and it was reading 300+ and said it had never been higher than 500ish. Weird.
