Ran from bear creek down on Saturday. Very mellow upper section but plenty of clearance for small boats. Some of the best play waves I've found in the last two weeks. Play waves, and the action in the last two miles of the run combined with the scenery and the fact that nobody else was on the river made for an excellent day. There is some strainer and pin potential as the water continues to rise but only on the river banks along the turns. nothing cross river
