Statebridge to dotsero

Need a little advice regarding the camping in this area. Anyway to know when the camping is coming up? How gnarly if at all is rodeao rapid this time of the year(raft)? Just looking for a mellow overnighter. Thanks.

if I recall correctly back when I did this in a canoe a couple times. There is not much camping down that way. We ended up camping on private property as it got dark before we found anywhere and got confronted by the land owner. He was wasted and actually rather friendly once the initial anger wore off.

But basically, there is a strong right bend somewhere down that way and there is an obvious camping area. I would camp there as there really is slim camping further down. Rodeo is nothing to worry about, unless you are in a canoe...

Check out the BLM map. There are quite a few nice sites. Enjoy your float!
