St Vrain Flows from Apple Valley Bridge

Does anyone know what the North St. Vrain should be flowing at to make the run from Apple Valley Bridge to the Kayak park in Lyons doable?

You don't need much. I think I've done it at 100cfs, maybe lower.

Thanks Man

I had posted last year asking basically the same question. The answers were around 100 and you're good to go. It's running at 57 which is probably much too low, but I think perhaps you could still do it at lower levels like maybe around 75 or? Any thoughts?
