South platte Chutes runnable?

Anyone know if the chute section on the south platte is runnable or iced over? I saw the flow came up for it.

A few weeks ago it looked ice free, so it should be fine now. Not really worth it at 150 cfs...could actually be higher due to snow melt. Waterton gage is showing about a 100 cfs swing as a result of melt. So at best 150 cfs at deckers, another 100 cfs of melt.
