South Canyon exit off of 70 between Glenwood and Newcastle. Run a search for flows, I can't remember off the top of my head but there have been numerous threads about this. Not going now.

South Canyon Flows

3900 cfs on the high side and around 3000? on the low end. We were ripped off this year. It went way to fast. It has a short season. This year it blew by on the way up and down.
