write a thank-you note
This is awesome news.
The best thing you can do to support them is keep buying their stuff.
However, you might want to hand-write the owner or person in charge of customer service a thank-you note. It takes 5 minutes over a beer and the Simpsons and shows that you appreciate their efforts, and that their customer service has not gone unnoticed.
This way, they know they're doing a good job, and will keep it up in the future (and hopefully won't outsource overseas).
