Snapdragon rocks!

I mailed two skirts that had separation issues with the bungee via 5 day ground 10 days ago and they both just showed up. They replaced both bungees and made minor repairs to my main skirt that i hadn't asked for. Good to know there are still quality companies out there that care aboud their cred and stand by their products. Nice.

Good to hear it. Part of the reason I've stuck with specialized bikes for so long. I snapped my rear tri once on my P.2, sent it back, and got a brand new frame. I am a big believe in CS, even if the quality isn't 100%

And their stuff lasts. I was washing off my gear the other day; my jacket and helmet are really showing the effects of salt water in the winter and general wear and tear. But my Snapdragon stuff looks new. Those guys most have to continually resist the temptation to scrape some more margin, cheapen manufacturing or send the stuff off-shore. But they seem not too. And it shows.

And beyond lasting the implosion bar has saved my ass a bunch of times. By far the best skirt on the market. I have had one for years now and love it.

write a thank-you note

This is awesome news.

The best thing you can do to support them is keep buying their stuff.

However, you might want to hand-write the owner or person in charge of customer service a thank-you note. It takes 5 minutes over a beer and the Simpsons and shows that you appreciate their efforts, and that their customer service has not gone unnoticed.

This way, they know they're doing a good job, and will keep it up in the future (and hopefully won't outsource overseas).

Just my $0.02.
