Slaughterhouse Gage

Is the Slaughterhouse Gage the "below Maroon Creek" gage:

...or the "near aspen gage" listed on the AW site. I suspect AW has it wrong.
American Whitewater - 02. Slaughterhouse, Roaring Fork Colorado, US

Maroon creek confluence is a couple hundred yds down stream from Slaughterhouse. Castle creek is the one that comes in before the falls.

I have always based decisions off of the below maroon creek gauge.

yes, american whitewater/mountainbuzz has it wrong. no matter where you look, below or above maroon creek. use roaringfork.org or eddyflower for correct flows. slaughter is around 800 cfs today and has been up to 1000 already

You can reference my comment in the bottom of THIS thread, regarding our run on Sunday. Keep in mind, that run was prob @ the bare minimum flow (definitely was super low to me), and will likely change as flows start to bump up over the next week or so. There wasn't anything at present that will become a hazard with increased flows, but there was plenty around that could get moved about.

Cheers,

Zach
