Salt parking

Have groups running the salt bridge to bridge been leaving their cars at the take out parking lot at the 288 bridge or using the Rock House for more security?

I've done 7 trips down there, and have never had an issue. Just leave your car as empty as possible and you should be fine.

Drop the cars off a mile down the road in the little town, ask the store owner if it's OK to be polite. I've done both w/ no problems, but I have had friends that needed new windows after they got to the takeout.

rock house

we used the rock house for a shuttle and car storage. they kept my truck at the little store, mentioned above, until the morning that we were to take out. it was a lot cheaper than replacing a window!
You deserve a good paddling!
