ROW Adventures or OARS

Hey all, I was wondering if any of you have experience working for either of these companies. I have been a commercial guide on the Ark for a long time now and have decided to move for this summer and have been offered jobs with both companies. For OARS, it would be working 2 and 3 day trips on the Toulomne, with a low snowpack, but dam controlled and with ROW it would be starting the season on the Lochsa, would love, but not much work it sounds like, then finishing the summer with 6/8 day trips on Hells Canyon. Any experience out there with either of these companies? Thanks.

Private boater here, but I haven't been impressed with my interaction with ROW groups. Lochsa and Alberton Gorge. They don't seem to play well with others and act like the rio--and the put-in and take-out ramps--are theirs alone. I've never gotten that bad vibe from any other commercial outfits.

X2 on ROW.

ROW is full corperate! They do stuff all over the world, year round. If you want some opertunity to compete with other guides (stick your nose up someones ......) for awesome trips in 5 years or so. Then ROW is your deal.

Three rivers does most of the lochsa trips and the lochsa doesn't get commerically ran like the ark or the city run in riggins ID. Mostly weekends only.

OARS has a smaller feel to in. I knew a couple guys who guided for them. They do drift boats mostly and fishing. I think they are out of Lewiston ID. OARS is an older crowd while ROW is a college crowd. Good luck
Switching to mgtow saved 100% on thot insurance...
