i highly doubt it, but theres always a chance somebody one day decided they liked it, and just fired it up and didnt tell anyone.

i asked around a couple of summers ago and Cutch said they run the lower part of the miners falls gorge (not the big falls) sometimes when they run the south fork in length, but he didnt know anybody else who had either.

if you go about a mile or so upstream from the miners falls there is a fun low flow mini gorge that is roadside and a couple of hundred yards long that is worthy of a stop, did you make it up there? wood gets changed around in there frequently but it looks way fun, some fun slide-ledge-slide action into two chunky falls and then a fun flume-style drop to exit it

Is that the drop that somebody takes a header off of in some old paddling flick, Off the Deep End maybe? I feel like I have seen footy of a few different people running it during that late 90's era. Bueller?

No, that Rock Creek is off of Gore Pass and flows into the Colorado. Hadn't heard the culvert rapid called Tunnel of Love before though. Tunnel of Love typically refers to the drop under the highway on Wolf Creek.

Sick!

I have only seen footage of Toepper running it in Off The Deep end, which was in the late 90's I believe.

Brent sent that drop in like 98? Also the rock creek tunnel is far from a tunnel of love. As I floated into it, I was like, this is the worst decision I've ever made. Followed, 50 seconds later by, that was the coolest thing I've ever done in a kayak. Glad there wasn't any wood. Scary scary tunnel.

Nice job on getting that drop done Fred
