Roadtrip Anyone?

Hey Y'all,
I've put a post out here a couple weeks ago, as well as posts on craigslist, Northeast Paddlers Message Board, and West Coast Paddler along the lines of needing a ride for my sea kayak from the Boston area to preferably AZ by May 12th. I could be willing to pick up somewhere in CO, WY, or MT after that date, however that could pose a bit more of a logistical set of issues. I'll be willing to compensate for gas.

Next Topic:

I'm going to be heading up to AK from AZ for the summer. I'm driving, and will be looking for someone to make a roadtrip with. I'd be totally stoked at least to have someone to paddle with driving through CO, WY and MT...any takers?

Thanks,
West

End of May...I'll be leaving AZ shortly after May 10th and slowly making may way up through CO then WY and MT...then heading up the LCan from there. Final destination is Whittier. Any ideas?

Yeah, Whitewater, IV V...just about anything. I need to do "first-hand research" for my senior project along the way. I'm trying to set up groundwork for some "in stream riverbed modification and riverside restoration..." basically modify on or two old diversion dams on the Verde River in Camp Verde, AZ and restore the surrounding riparian area to a use-able multi-flow play park and pleasant public park...So i'll be hitting up as many of the CO parks as I can on my way to AK. I've got about two and a half weeks to get there.

Cheers,
West
