Prices for shells?

I was just wondering what it costs to get a shell from some of the companies (including shipping). I know what it costs for LL curious about Dagger and Pyrahna, Jackson? Hobie, Marty?

I asked dagger about getting a replacement shell like LL does and I was told that dagger does not sell shells. Bummer.
