Poudre Runs

I haven't run the Poudre before and was looking for some good raft runs. 3-5 hour float, and Class III to Class IV, any suggestions?

Thanks

Sounds like anything below the Lower Narrows will work, I would just do the entire section from Stevens Gulch down.

Upper-Lower Rustic or Upper Mish-Bridges (depending on flows and how much IV you want, you can use alternate river access points, too).

Actually, this also describes virtually everything from below the Spencer Heights run to above the narrows. The upper canyon (above narrows) has a much less 'congested' feel, and at the current levels, more eddies to facilitate surfing and playing. The lower canyon probably has a few more III+ or IV rapids but you know you're next to the road.
