Poudre River Flows

Hey Everyone,
I heard a nasty rumour last night that the NCWCD is going to try and keep as much water as possible in the reservoirs up above the Poudre River and that there would be only minimal flow allowed this spring and summer. Has anyone else heard anything similar? Any one know how to confirm this? The way this winter is going this season is going to suck anyways and I really don't want a bunch of water managers making it worse. PRAY FOR SNOW-it's the gift that gives twice!

It would not suprise me. The south platte and arkansas reservoirs both have held as much water as possible in the mountains for the last 3 or 4 years.
