beware of my boat still stuck in the drop above the campground / take-out on Spencer Heights.

Sorry that might not have been descriptive enough if you don't already know the situation. There are a few class IV+ / V- drops at the bottom of Spencer's before the campground. In the last bigger boulder garden there's an orange boat stuck in the center of the rapid. It probably won't effect your line at these levels, but when the river drops it could be a problem. I'm working to get it out, but until I do it's a hazard. Sorry.

Found

Last week I put in a call to the Dept. of Wildlife just in case the boat washed up near the fish hatchery. Yesterday they phoned to tell me they had found it. Went and picked it up today. Thanks for all the concern from local paddlers. Sorry Lief, no first aid kit to be found. Thanks to Frenchy for the idea of calling DOW. Best of all there's one less artifical hazard on the Poudre.
