I would say >1300 for Trestle, though 'good' is rather subjective.

I'm going after work today.

I've surfed trestle at 900-1000, and it was a fast front surf wave. Needs more water to get really good. Around 1700-1800 is awesome for trestle, still have eddy service and a steep wave with a nice pile on top. Trestle stays good as flows go up from there, but you lose eddy service, but you gain a massive wave. Kevin's 1300 is probably a good range where it starts to get good.

My notes say master blaster (above trestle) was a good surf at 900-1000.

A-Hole in Lyons is at 215. This might be the best bet for today!

Lyons was even good 150 on Monday. Plug the crack in A-hole and some of us can pull off a few loops. As for me I stick with the forever difficult half-loop to face plant tricks.
