There is much better stuff running than Plateau right now. Gore Creek, Dowd, Upper/Lower Eagle, S-Turns, Escalante, Gunny (big right now!) Gorge, and that's all within just a short drive from you.

I'm open to boat this week, and Plateau is in my back yard, but I don't think it's worth it.

Yes. Gunny & Escalante are prime. But Gore Creek Upper & Lower Eagle at those levels Mikesee? Hmmm. then don't rule out Plateau for the guy.

RMboater. if the water comes back up we will do a quick run on Plateau end of week & will give a shout. Folks run it much lower but I personally don't get on it if its not at least 850 cfs. Buzzard is also in the area but definitely harder than Plateau.

Last I checked, Gore/Eagle were at 1200 -- same level we ran it at a few years ago. Seemed like plenty of water to me.

I've been eyeballing plateau to run this Sunday on my sup. Will take out at HW 65 crossing 1/2 mile up from the Colorado. Is it good at 450-550?

It is possible to keep going below the 65 bridge....There is a takeout lower down just below the big pillar sticking out of the creek. Eddies are a tad smaller than the 65 bridge but gets you a fun section with some mild rapids
