PIEDRA RIVER LEVEL RUNNABLE?

I have run the Piedra (12ft cataraft) numerous times over the years, but have never run it at these present levels. Wanting to know from those that have run at this level ---what do we have here??

YES IT IS RUNNABLE. but by you I know not.
