Pagosa Springs

Hey all ps boaters, I'm thinking about taking a job down there and was wondering how the boating scence is. I live in winter park, and the cost of living is getting pretty high up here. Any info??

Pagosa doesn't have a lot of boating close by (much like winter park), but you have the Rio Grande within 2 hours in Taos, the Durango area (of course), and you're really not that far from Salida / BV - about 2 hours as well. Plus, property is probably significantly less than WP.

BUT- if you're a single man, it will truly suck.
