Paddling Gloves

I'm heading to Alaska this summer for a guide job and am looking into some getting gloves. Anyone have suggestions of the best gloves for cold water rafting?

NRS Toaster Mittens - are the bomb if your hands are actually getting wet. I often sit in the eddy with my hands in the water they are so warm. They have great grip on the paddle with out tiring your hands out. If you are just worried about wind I use to like the glacier glove. They wear out fast but they have great grip, pretty warm, and are super articulated so your hands don't get tired.
