So 53 + 201 - 78 = 176

Pretty low but maybe worth it if you love in Boulder on a hot day (like today).

Running meaning flat spins and low angle cartwheels, or can you loop it?

Booth can do seven Phonix Donkeyloops in a row while singing the Georgia Bulldogs fightsong and shotgunning a Dales...but I'd be very impressed to see anyone else loop in a 176 cfs.

As your driving into Lyons you'll pass the Diamond Shamrock and right before you see the big Rock that says Lyons on it you turn left into a little gravel parking area. If you pass a bridge on the left you've gone too far. There is a small little tan silo right there and this is where you park. It is also where the Carter Lake diversion comes into the St. Vrain. Walk down river about 50 yards and you'll see it.
