hows a couple feet of snow sound...

people need to chill out on the CB runs. they will run, you just need to give it time to melt...were still skiing with our huge base.

cfs isnt a good way to determine much. the daisy, slate, nf slate, and obj all have to be figured out from one gauge on the slate proper in town. the flow varies too; what isnt way bony in the morning could very easily be good in the afternoon.

be patient, the time will come....

Here are some photos Brian Adkins took at OBJ in mid-May 2003. Cooooooooold!

We were breaking trail on the way up the Slate, so I'm pretty sure that was the first time it was run that year. There's also more snow this year than 2003, so I think sward's right--Memorial Day.

eh, we'll see about memorial day. if it gets warm then it should probably go. but if it stays cool around here (it was bright and sunny but like 40 degrees yesterday) then it might take a while.

believe me, when they go, everyone will know.

ohhh B!

speaking of Memorial day, what are peoples thoughts about an unofficial race sometime on a weekend, such as memorial day weekend? It seems like every year the race is held on a weekday, and the weekend warriors are not able to go. So maybe this year there could be a weekend warrior race sometime?
