Looks like your new so you probably weren't around to see old posts...there have been a few over the last couple months like "Can anyone recommend a shoulder guy in ________..." and so on and a bunch of guys who've had problems recommend who to go to and who to stay away from, etc. Look back through the old posts, should be easy to find.

Sorry about your luck. Shoulder problems suck.

Newpotato -
I think BSOE is right on the money. Check previous posts - some very recent and still on the current page regarding shoulder exercises.

I have a similar problem on my roll. Supposedly it is a textbook roll, but I partially or completely sublux about 1 in 10 tries. It makes for an interesting swim and great material for my boating partners.

Try the exercises listed in one of the previous posts, do them religiously, and buy a sportcord. Give your shoulder about 3 months, and if it still subluxes, get surgery but only as a last resort.

Good luck.

Been there, done that! If it gets worse go through with the surgery. I had mine done through Steadman-Hawkins. The recovery was twice as bad as knee surgery,( showering, wiping ass, brushing teeth, lighting bong), But well worth it! I now can roll and boat class 5. DO REHAB! DO REHAB! DO REHAB! GOOD LUCK
