.....montrose box......

....anybody been in?.....recent run?.....i looked in with bi-nocs and saw the old growth log has moved to below the 18'er...in a safe place....it's been on the move for 3 years....i did hear the ivy is in heavy....tis the season to be itchy....la la la la la.....la la la la......miloisscared 420cb.....

yeah, already talked to Milo, but for everyone else...no problems with the log. 18er was super smooth and cushy (at least on the left line). Ivy is definitely in heavy. I wore full gear for the portage, sweated a lot, but have no poison ivy. I also dunked in the river at Cave camp a couple times (one with gear, one without while soaping). sketchiest part was definitely the seal drop rock. super slick with mad consequences. Just one slip and your boat's gone into nasty sieve and you would have to swim like crazy against current to get out. It was pretty grueling for my first time in, but awesome adventure. Definitely blessed with the opportunity to get in there and a good bro to go with.
