Yeah, Jonny--
They ran that story in the paper here (Nashville, TN), under the headline "Mile High City About to Get a Little Higher" or some laughable shit like that.

I giggled and thought of all you boys....
<*sigh*>

Could someone explain this too me.
You can't possess it, you can't smoke it, you can't buy it, you can't grow it. So exactly what changed? I'm confused. Time for another hit.

The thing that has changed is that instead of being up to a $1000.00 fine and one year in jail it's only a $100.00 fine, no possible jail time. That is the difference between the state law and the city law. If you get caught it's like a speeding ticket. SAFER plans to introduce a state law that de-criminalizes marijuana. This will be shot down by precedence of the supreme court.

possession of less than 1 oz. is, and has for a long time been punishable by a max. $100 fine. It is a class 2 petty offense by state law.

Despite Ref. 100, it is still illegal. Rather than violating a municipal ordinance, state law, and federal law; you'll just be violating state and federal laws.

Get a prescription and you or a friend can grow up to 6 plants legally (by state law).
