lowest flow you can surf bv or salida

just wondering what is the lowest flow that u can play around in the bv or salida pp without worrying about rocks

You could play in BV right now if you just want to flat spin. I would guess you could find some spots at 300 cfs that would allow more vertical stuff. Waiting impatiently for those levels....
