Lower North Fork of the Poudre?

Anyone actually every paddle the North Fork from Red Feather lakes road to the filter plant thru the "semen" reservoir ? The North Fork gauge listed on MB says its at 400 cfs, is that enough? CRC gives a description but no minimum flow info. Anything else one should know about this run?

I did it last season at about that level and it was fine. Nothing major just some twisty sections. I had heard about wire across the river but did not see any but be on the heads up for that and some minor wood. It is really nice back there!

Did it a few years ago at 200 cfs. Pretty class II run. The reservoir was bigger than I thought it would be and the wind was always against us. Portage the reservior on the extreme right corner.
